Return Conditions

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

• The piece must be in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact us: Write to our customer service, web chat or email karmantrujillo.art@gmail.com indicating your order number and reason for the return.

2. Shipping Instructions: We will provide you with instructions for safely returning the artwork.

3. Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund based on the original payment method.

Important Considerations

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of damage or shipping errors.

• Customized or commissioned works are not eligible for return.
